Fixtures: TT, Badminton, Basket Ball

Intercollegiate Tournament for Badminton, Table Tennis and Basket Ball will be conducted on 2nd and 9th November 2007 at Indian School Darseit (8.30 am to1pm and 4pm to 7pm). Cricket Tournament is scheduled on 16th and 23rd November 2007 at BEC ground in Ghala (7.30 AM onwards). Chess and caroms Tournament will be conducted on 9th November 2007 at Indian School , Darseit

The general rules for the tournaments are as follows

1. Badminton Tournament

The games included are: Men's Singles, Men's Doubles and Veteran's Doubles and there will be a separate championship for Ladies Doubles. Children can also participate in first two categories. Participants can participate only in one of the above events.

2.Table Tennis Tournament

The games included are Men's Singles, Men's Doubles and Ladies Singles. Children can also participate in above events. Participants can participate only in one of the above events.

3.Basket Ball Tournament

This game is restricted for men. Children above 12 yrs can also participate.

4.Cricket Tournament

Each college will have one team consisting of 11 members .Each team shall have minimum one lady member in the playing 11 and if a lady member is not in the team, 24 runs will be awarded to the opposite team. Children can also participate but maximum number is restricted to three.

5.Chess Tournament

This event is restricted for children and there will be separate championship for Junior and Senior levels.

(Junior-up to 12 years and Senior - above 12 years up to 17 years)

6.Carroms Tournament

The team should be a couple (One lady member should participate)
